This is Alicia Spinnet as she appeared in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, played by Leilah Sutherland, who never reprised her role.
The girl in the middle is Alicia Spinnet in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, played by Rochelle Douglas, who never reprised her role. The girl to the left is Katie Bell and the girl to the right is Angelina Johnson. Danielle Tabor played Angelina for the first three, till she was replaced by Tiana Benjamin Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and never seen again.
Alicia Spinnet was never recast ever again after COS, but instead was replaced by an uncredited actress in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
The casting director for the films deserves to have hot grits thrown in their lap. Hot. grits.
Also, Alicia Spinnet was never described in the books, so for the sake of POC issues, let’s just say she’s Black.

Also, re: Tiana Benjamin, if I recall correctly, she had a conflict with ‘EastEnders’ and decided to go with being on the show instead when she had to pick one or the other, hence why she didn’t reappear as Angelina after GoF — though that doesn’t explain why they ended up cutting Angelina out altogether after that.
