“A lot of boys like her,” said Pansy, watching Malfoy out of the corner of her eyes for his reaction. “Even you think she’s good-looking, don’t you, Blaise, and we all know how hard you are to please!”
“I wouldn’t touch a filthy little blood traitor like her whatever she looked like,” said Zabini coldly, and Pansy looked pleased. Malfoy sank back across her lap and allowed her to resume the stroking of his hair.

POTTER COLOURS is a blog for celebrating the characters of colour in JK Rowling’s ‘Harry Potter’ series and discussing racial issues in the canon and fandom. There may sometimes be posts about the actors of colour who starred in the films, but our focus is on fictional people of colour.
Fans of all races, ethnicities, and identities are welcome to follow us, but we ask that everyone be mindful of racism and other form of discrimination, especially if they are members of a privileged group. Be prepared to be called out on any discrimination, even if it’s unintended and seemingly innocuous. We aim to make this blog a safe space and will include trigger warnings whenever we can, but be warned that racism will be discussed here and we cannot control what people re-blog in the notes.
